A N G E L O S C U R O

You see the pretty face,
You see the darling eyes
You ignore the pain and horror
You ignore the hate and lies

I died the day you hurt me,
with scars to tell the tale.
An imprint of the torture,
my innocence would not prevail

This is how i see myself,
a rotting mound of flesh
trapped in this shell
more deserving of less

So continue to see the pretty face,
and my darling eyes
but for me, you're pain and horror,
for me,
you're hate and lies

This is my first collab with *czerniana a very good friend of mine and a fellow geek & deviant, I am so moved by the fact that she wrote the poem just for me and the picture i made. I so much value her friendship with me.
